        Diversity and inclusion are embedded into development content and programs, along with other HR practices. This is exemplified through the company’s policies; the establishment of a women’s employee affinity group and corporate participation in several industry-based organizations; and campus and professional recruiting efforts to include diverse student clubs, professional organizations, and targeted searches.
